That cafe sounds worth a visit though. Last week I went with Mr A to a Costa recently opened up nearby. The coffee was average. I suggested being cheeky and asking them if they did bottomless mug refills. We knew that they didn't and both agreed not to even ask as we didn't want another yucky cup anyway!Rosalind Adamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05363027308436257933noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6251035797708672975.post-11828916777382707482012-08-03T21:13:59.031-10:002012-08-03T21:13:59.031-10:00Thanks for the tip, Jo. It's funny - although my blog is ostensibly about travel writing, I'm actually travelling very little at the moment, and want it that way. I am finding all kinds of stuff to see in England and indeed in London. I suppose in the end I will start to yearn for things to be different again. Or perhaps it is that at present I am absorbed in writing something which is quite internal and prefer not to have too much outside stimulation.Jenny Woolfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16881781466502273314noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6251035797708672975.post-44567475010442759932012-08-02T08:08:30.837-10:002012-08-02T08:08:30.837-10:00Emma - will check out that book. If I ever find myself in Lewisham, I'll check them out! Hope your aunt is OK. P.S. Have you heard of a book called A Journey Around My Room by Xavier De Maistre? A travel book… about a single room!Emma Passhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18209194238119830841noreply@blogger.com
